    沟通技巧在国际商务谈判中的重要性
    一、选题简介、意义。
    With the development of Chinese market economy, Chinese business activities in international affairs are more frequent, and the role of business negotiations is becoming more and more prominent. It is closely related to business activities’ success or failure and the enterprise’s survival and development. Therefore, business negotiation is becoming more and more important in the world. The key to the success of business negotiations is good communication. This requires negotiators to use good communication skills. The article will discuss the importance of communication skills from various aspects. The    parties want to obtain the maximum benefit, which requires negotiators to use appropriate language communication skills.
    二、课题综述(课题研究,主要研究的内容,要解决的问题,预期目标,研究步骤、方法及措施等)。
    This paper aims to study the applications of the communication skills in the business negotiation and help us understand the importance of communication skills. The following are introduced: the communication skills, international business negotiation, analysis on the applications of the communication skills in the business negotiation, and some communication skills needing attentions, which have impacts on business negotiation. Different occasions need different communication skills. Understanding these factors helps us know that the communication skills play an important role in business negotiations and how we use this to guarantee the business negotiation go smoothly and achieve success.
    Research approach: 
    1. Choose an appropriate topic.
    2. Collect relative data on the Internet, in the library and from the books I have studied.
    3. Keep in touch with the instructor during the writing process and polish the drafts.

    摘要:在市场经济不断发展和壮大的大背景下,在国际贸易蓬勃发展的趋势下,在全球经济一体化的今天,国际间、企业间的商务谈判的规模、数量都在不断增长。谈判中双方都想获得最大的利益,但是如何才能克敌制胜?谈判是双方不断沟通交流的过程,沟通就是谈判的媒介传递着各自的思想。沟通的成功与否直接决定了谈判的成功与否。因此在谈判过程中,如何正确地运用谈判的沟通技巧对谈判的胜败有着关键性作用。
    关键词:谈判准备、沟通技巧、谈判技巧、提问、反对、说服。
