    商务谈判人员应具备的能力与素质
    摘要 由于经济全球化的发展不断加快,中国的进出口贸易行业发展也越来越快。企业为了更好的开拓市场,为了寻找更大的发展空间,则需要商务谈判中达成合作,特别是与国际商务合作,因此社会上产生了一种职业叫谈判专员。
    一名优秀的商务谈判人员不仅可以使企业在商务谈判中取得成功,而且是代表着中国的外交形象。可是,在现实生活中,企业要招聘专业的商务谈判人员却十分困难。因此,本论文通过分析商务谈判人员应具备哪些能力与素质,一方面分析为什么谈判人员需要这些能力与素质,另一方面可以为从事商务谈判人员提出建议,建议他们如何去提高自身的能力与素质,如何更好的促进企业的发展。

    Abilities and Qualities of a Negotiator in Business
    Abstract  As globalization gains more steam, China's import and export industry has also become better and better. In order to explore the global markets and business opportunities, enterprises need to have business collaboration and cooperation with other companies, especially, the foreign ones.In negotiation,negotiators like a bridge because they create cooperate chances.
    A professional negotiator can not only help a company to win business deals but also represent a good diplomatic image of China. However, the reality is that most people do not understand the significance of negotiation in foreign trade, Including negotiators do not have good preparations before negotiations or they have less professional qualification and capability. However, in real life, it is for companies to recruit well qualified professional business negotiators. This paper analyses what qualifications and capacities business negotiators should have and why they are needed. This paper also provides guidelines for business negotiators to improve their skills and for enterprises and businesses to use business negotiators to their advantages.
