    维肤佳美容企划方案设计
    前言
    本策划方案是用于开店前的策划。现今美容行业是很有发展空间的,从20世纪80年代初、中期传入中国开始,一直到现在,发展迅速,占据的空间很大,美容的利润也很大。我们做这一策划方案是为了今后我们开店做好一个充分准备。在老师的指导下,和各位同学的努力下,我们完成了这一策划方案,做了这一毕业设计。
    策划方案在内容上,是根据在网上查询的资料,书籍的查询,还有市场的走访调查组出来的;结构上,是通过对开店企划方案的基本内容作出来的,针对的是我们这个店的策划。按照模块化,分为市场调查、开店定位和模式;财务预算与装修布局;经营项目和服务流程;管理制度以及促销活动进行排版的。
    本策划的市场调查、开店定位和模式是由吴玉蓉同学完成的;财务预算与装修布局是由刘碧玉同学完成的;经营项目和服务流程是由龙佳佳同学完成的;管理制度以及促销活动是由曾鑫同学完成的,在此表示衷心的感谢。

    现如今,美容美体在人们生活中已经是一件平常事了,可以说是“飞入寻常百姓家”了。以前,做美容对大多数人来说是一件奢侈的事情,美容院也是不多的。随着人们生活水平的提高,文化知识的不断进步,在解决了简单的生活需求之后,人们开始不断探求永葆年轻的秘诀,追求高大上的生活品质,而美容院则越来越受到人们的青睐,被接受的程度大大的提升。
    本开店企划方案是对我们了解市场,了解国家的政策、竞争对手及发展情况具有重要意义,它能够让我们在此基础上向更长远发展。根据开店企划方案我们将对所在地区的发展状况,了解美容人口数量进行估算统计,这对维肤佳的定位来说要是一份可行性数据。企划方案所研究的内容是全面的,有了企划方案我们就可以找到开店的方向,确定开店的规模,并制定一套管理方案,这对我们开启一个新的美容院有指导性的作用。开店企划方案是我们在开店前必须要做的一件事,在我们了解了市场之后,知道了国家的政策,国家对美容行业所规定的法律,对于一些美容产品的管理,美容仪器统一保养的一些规定。使得我们在经营过程中随时保持高度集中,适应市场需要,招揽更多顾客,在市场上占一席之地,把我们的美容院经营得更加好。
