广东科技学院英语本科生就业情况的调查报告
摘要

近年来，大学生就业难的呼声日渐高涨，因此，在当前就业形势日益严峻的背景下，本调查报告研究以广东科技学院英语本科生为例研究广大学生的就业情况，其中包括就业意愿与当前专业相关的联系大不大，选择就业途中出现的困难以及影响因素学生对自身前途的选择过程的主要绊脚石，能否顺利地步入社会，离职的概率高不高，能否充满信心地在自己的工作岗位作出成就，等等。商务英语专业2015届毕业生就业情况与专业相关度配比还不够高。其中毕业生的离职率也较高，其主动离职的主要原因往往是薪资福利偏低或个人发展空间不够，其从学校投身到职场的工作心态转变上需要加以恰当的引导。部分专业核心课程培养有待加强。近年来在商务英语专业教研室团队的努力和重视下，商务英语专业毕业生有关就业的各项工作顺利开展，商务英语专业总体就业形势良好。从中可以看出本专业培养帮助毕业生更多地得到了市场价值的实现。
