研究英语体育新闻的标题翻译

摘要: 随着北京奥运会在中国的成功举办,一股体育热在中国开始蔓延。越来越多的老百姓开始关注体育,试着了解体育运动,学习体育运动。在这期间,体育新闻是帮助体育迷们了解各项体育的很好方式。由于英语体育新闻在报道国外体育信息的方面及时性与准确性，它成为国内体育迷了解国外体育信息很好的选择。但是有很多读者并不擅长甚至从未学过英语，他们不能够直接读英语原文新闻来获取信息，那就要求将英语的体育新闻翻译成中文。因此,翻译的准确性无疑是影响读者接收体育信息的主要因素。而新闻的标题则是一则新闻比较重要的部分,一个好的新闻标题不仅能够吸引读者,勾起读者的阅读兴趣，它还能帮助读者提前了解新闻报道的大致内容。所以,在翻译英语体育新闻的过程中，对于英语标题的准确翻译更显得 格外重要。在这篇论文中，我将结合实例与功能对等理论对英语体育新闻的标题特点及翻译方法进行研究，以帮助新闻媒体能够更准确地翻译英语体育新闻标题，从而帮助读者能更准确、更简单地接收体育信息。

A Research into the Translation of English Sports News Headlines into Chinese

Abstract
     With the success of the Beijing Olympics in China, a sports mania began to spread in China. More and more people started to pay attention to sports, trying to understand sports, and learning the sports. In the meantime, sports journalism is a good method to help sports fans know sports. Because its timely and accurately report on foreign sports news, readers can receive foreign sports information faster. So English sports news is a good choice for readers. But it is still a problem that some readers are not good at English, even have never learned English. So, they can not get news directly from original English news, then the English sports news needs to be translated into Chinese. Therefore, it is undoubted that the main factors influencing the readers’ receiving sports information is the accuracy of the translation. And the headline is so a important part of sports news. A good headline can not only attract readers and arouse readers' interest in reading, it can also help readers to know the main component of the news reports in advance. So, in the process of translation of English sports news into Chinese, the accurate translation of the headlines is particularly important. This paper, will combine instances and Functional Equivalence Theory to research the features of English sports news headlines and its translation methods, So that it can help the translator to accurately translate English sports news headlines into Chinese, and to make readers to receive sports information easier and more accurate.
