摘要

这次实习是为了在毕业进入社会前，将自己的理论知识与实践融合，并且完成从学生到职员的过渡。我认为大学生的实习是迈向成熟重要的一步，也是大学生正视社会和正视自己，走出自我，真正融入社会生活工作的第一步，而且很多时候通过实践，尤其在不同的职业中的实践才会真正找到自己感兴趣并适合自己的行业，也是完成从空想到现实转变

   经过了三年大学的学习，使我们毕业实习是人才培养方案的重要环节，旨在培养学生的实践能力、分析问题和解决问题的能力以及。在实习指导老师的指导下，使学生将所学基本理论、基本知识与社会实践相结合，迅速转化为实际工作能力，增强适应市场需要的能力，在运用中学习，在运用中深化，初步具备职业和业人的思想素质务能力。

一 心得体会

随着7月份的来临，我的大学三年学习和生活也要正式的结束了，同时接近4个月的到公司的实习也要结束了，也即将是个真正的走进社会的人了，在实习的这几个月里，我所得到的成长是在学校是学习不来的，也是打下基础和接触社会的一个开端，我从一个对社会对工作不太了解的孩子，成长为一个有个目标和为之努力的人。

这几个月的实习，让我真真正正的感受到了理论和实践之间的距离，体会到了理论到实践之间的联系，实习中的所见所闻让我倍感自己的知识还很有限和远远不够，需要更多的实践锻炼和学习，通过实习，培养了我观察问题和解决实际问题的能力，也培养了我的团结合作精神，提高了组织观念。

  如果说，大学三年是心理成熟的发芽，和学习的积累，那么这几个月的实习便是定性成熟的结果期，和对自己学习的成果。

  这几个月的实习，由开始到公司去的迷茫，紧张，不知所措，到现在的习惯熟悉和熟练，都离不开平时的学习和实践。公司的化验员每天都要对公司的产品负者，刚开始都很害怕自己做的不好，或者做得不对而紧张，公司产品的质量是企业生存的灵魂，因此，化验员的工作是重中之重，任何疏忽都会造成严重的化验后果，要想做一个合格的化验员必须要有一颗负责人的心，更需要一套熟练的检验技术和规章制度。和一颗细心的心。作为一个合格的化验员，工作不能受情绪影响，否则将会严重影响工作质量，从而发生质量事故。

  几个月的实习，自己所接触的是真正的工作环境，真正的社交环境，与在学校在电视里所见到的截然不同，这里有的更为丰富，所以这里也是人际关系的学堂，人际关系的复杂远不是 以前所能比的。当然，对于人际交往始终是要接触学习的，只有接触了才能真正的成长，善于交际也是我们每个即将毕业的学生所要奋斗的目标之一。

 再长的路，一步步也能走完，再短的路，不迈开双脚也无法到达，相信自己以后一定能走好每一步，一步一个脚印。

Sclerotium were a kind of organic heterocyclic fungicides for fungal disease control effect is very significant, the control effect of vegetable sclerotium, mould is also very prominent.

But net control used on vegetable sclerotium disease in the biggest problem is easy to occur the adr, often appear after spraying leaves change color, or even the phenomenon of dry, some vegetable leaves turning gray, others become dark brown. Easy to cause the adr of vegetables with eggplant, tomatoes, peppers, cucumber and kidney bean and other legumes, after leaves change color, not only the yield and quality will be severely affected. The low required using concentration of the drug instructions, such as cucumber, eggplant, 50% of the net sclerotium asked to spray by more than 3500 times. Under the low concentration, its effectiveness will be discounted, control effect. the In shouguang vegetable farmers say "sclerotium net, net sclerotium, less no matter use, more used to life."

The solution is to change spray for fumigation, can be applied in the PengShi, and won't cause the adr. Way is by sclerotium net per 200 grams, after being closed tent at night, burn wood or cod first, after waiting for a smoke, move the embers into the barn, sprinkle on the net "sclerotium wettable powder", can smoke smoked tent to cure. Smoked must start from a distance, slowly from the bird. According to observation, smoked with bacteria nuclear net of vegetable grey mould and sclerotinia control effect is better than with other goods of smoke agent, spray is better than general antiseptic effect is good, the most important thing is that this method will not result in the adr. It is important to note Smoke can't be too long, usually vegetables can be smoked overnight, and eggplant and leguminous vegetables only smoked half a night, appropriate since the middle of the night the smoked, 6 to 8 hours. If spray with sclerotium net for other reasons lead to vegetables produced the adr, should be sprayed with love to receive 6000 times 6000 times to mix add nucleotide 2-3 times, 4 days, alleviate the adr, promote the recovery.

Sclerotium net low toxicity for human, has direct killing effect to the disease, the penetration of the also have therapeutic effect, the effective period is longer, the sclerotium disease and mould effect is good, resistance of disease is not easy to produce, it is should use value of pesticides. Using the method of smoke prevention and control of vegetable diseases, enlarge the using range of the fungicide, solved the problems of the adr, improved the control effect.

菌核净是一种有机杂环杀菌剂，对真菌性病害的防治效果非常的显着，同时对蔬菜菌核、灰霉病的防治效果也非常的突出。

但在蔬菜上使用菌核净防治病害最大的问题是易发生药害，常在喷药以后出现叶片变色、甚至干枯的现象，有的蔬菜叶片变灰白，有的则 变黑褐色。易造成药害的蔬菜有茄子、西红柿、辣椒、黄瓜以及芸豆等豆类蔬菜，用药后不但枝叶变色，其产量和品质也会受到严重影响。该 药说明中的使用浓度要求较低，如对黄瓜、茄子，50%的菌核净要求喷用3500倍以上。在这种较低浓度下，其药效就会大打折扣，防效下降。所 以寿光菜农说“菌核净，菌核净，用的少了不管用，用的多了要了命。”

解决的办法是改喷雾为熏蒸，在棚室中都可应用，而且不会造成药害。办法是每亩地用菌核净200克，待晚上关棚后，先点燃木柴或玉米芯 ，等冒过烟后，把余火移进棚内，上面撒上“菌核净可湿性粉剂”，即可发烟熏棚治病。熏时须从远处开始，慢慢退出棚外。据观察，熏用菌 核净对蔬菜灰霉和菌核病的防治效果比用其他商品烟雾剂更好，也比喷一般杀菌剂效果好，最重要的是这种方法不会造成药害。需要注意的是 熏烟的时间不能太长，通常蔬菜可熏一夜，而茄子和豆科蔬菜只能熏半个晚上，宜从半夜熏起，6-8个小时即可。如果因其它种种原因喷用菌核 净导致蔬菜产生了药害，则应喷用爱多收6000倍混加核苷酸400倍2-3次，4天一次，缓解药害，促进恢复。

菌核净对人畜低毒，对病害有直接杀灭作用，也有内渗治疗作用，持效期较长，对菌核病和灰霉病效果好，病害不易产生抗性，是很有应 用价值的农药。用熏烟的方式防治蔬菜病害，扩大了该杀菌剂的使用范围，解决了药害问题，提高了防效。
