ABSTRACT
The reason why spot management is so important in enterprise’s evolution is that all the products must go through the whole working process of inputting, manufacturing, processing and outputting before they come into the market. Only by adopting more and more excellent spot management and improving the quality of production constantly, we could produce good output the same time, by adopting excellent quality of production and lower productive cost, and keep higher jumping-off point. 
The full text mainly carries on the elaboration from three big contents. First, from the workshop assembly line's overall layout, through to analysis the present situation question’s, using the facility physical distribution plan's to adjust the workshop assembly line's layout. Then, aiming at the punctual production, analysis and improve the scene assembly line’s balance. Finally, from the fatigue analysis, using the motion analysis to the work and contact the surface improvement carry on the analysis to the assembly line single berth.   
From theory to example, from scene management various essential factors-----The human, machine, the material, method, environment, chooses the environment, the method, and the equipment to analyze how to improve the scene management is the present paper core method and the content. The full text has manifested the JIT management, the 5S management as well as the PDCA management viewpoint.
