汽车前保险杠的构造和修复工艺

摘要：汽车是人们平时出行重要的代步工具，随着汽车的越来越多，自然汽车的事故也会越来越多。汽车钣金技术是一个汽车修理的技术手段，此方面汽车钣金等于汽车钣金修理，指汽车发生碰撞后要对车身进行修复。如汽车车身损伤的分析，汽车车身的测量，汽车车身钣金的整形，拉伸矫正，去应力焊接，以及汽车车身附件装配，调整等工作。本论文从介绍汽车车身的发展史开始逐步地让大家认识车身的构造以及各个部件的作用和特点，同时也体现出汽车车身不断改进的过程。同时我们也要了解汽车钣金所使用的工具便于我们更好的使用它去修复汽车。并了解当代汽车车身的特点有利于对车身的特点有全面的认识，从而为钣金维修提供支持。了解碰撞的类型也是同理，这些是修理的前提，不能被忽略，忽略了这一切都是徒劳的。钣金维修的方法和流程是本篇论文的核心。

The structure of the automobile front bumper and repair process

Abstract: people usually travel is important to car instead of walking tool, with the increasing number of cars, nature will be more and more car accident. Automotive sheet metal technology is an auto repair technology, automotive sheet metal is sheet metal repair this aspect, refers to the car after the collision of the car to be repaired. Such as the analysis of the automobile body injury, the car body measurements, the plastic of automobile body sheet metal, stretching, welding stress, and car body accessories assembly, adjustment, etc. In this paper, starting from the introduction to the history of the car body gradually to let everyone know the structure of the body and the function and characteristics of the parts, but also reflects the process of car body continuously improve. At the same time, we also want to know the tools to facilitate metalworkers use we better use it to repair a car. And understand the characteristics of the modern automotive body is helpful to have a comprehensive understanding of the characteristics of the body, so as to provide support for the sheet metal repair. Understand collision type is also in the same way, these is the precondition of repair, can not be ignored, neglected it is all in vain. Sheet metal repair methods and processes is the core of this paper.
