无锡中医院停车场管理系统设计与实现
摘要：无锡新中医院是一所集医、教、研及预防保健于一体的三级甲等中医医院，其服务对象主要是广大的民众。针对无锡新中医院现况进行分析，本文设计出一套解决此状况的停车场方案，提出了此系统能达到的目标及预期效果。本文依次陈述停车场管理系统的组成及其工作原理，在应用中使用的非接触卡识别技术与车牌识别技术，此系统的发展的历程，停车场管理系统的类型与停车场收费管理系统的类型，从而提出停车场管理系统目前现状和发展趋势，设计出符合无锡新中医院管理来往车辆管理及收费的停车场管理系统。本文概述设计规范，并在此基础上设计停车场管理收费系统及预计可能产生问题及解决的方法。

Wuxi Chinese medicine hospital parking management system design and implementation
Abstract: The new Wuxi Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine is a set of medical, teaching, research and prevention and health care in one of the three level of first-class hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, and its service object is the masses. According to the analysis of the status of the new Wuxi Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, this paper design a set of solutions to this situation of parking scheme is put forward, and the expected effect of this system can achieve the goal of. This paper turn statement parking management system composition and working principle, a non-contact card recognition and license plate recognition technology used in application, this system development process, parking management system and parking fee management system type, thus put forward the parking management system present situation and the trend of development, design parking management system in line with the new Wuxi Chinese medicine hospital management of traffic management and charging. Summary of design specifications, this paper on the basis of the design of parking control system and the possible problems and solutions.
