淮安市商业建筑大楼中央空调系统设计
 
摘 要: 此设计为淮安某商业建筑大楼设计,本项目为综合楼,建筑为地下一层,地上18层,建筑高度为65.65米。根据房间功能,整栋别墅采用东芝变频多联机空调。
根据各不同功能房间的吊顶,所选东芝空调室内机均为超薄型暗藏天花风管式,设计的内容包括选取相关的设计参数,各空调房间的冷负荷精确计算,选取并布置室内机,布置冷媒、冷凝管,然后进行系统划分、系统计算,然后选择室外机等等一系列的内容。通过设计达到夏季供冷,提供舒适的工作环境的目的。
空调冷凝水系统只设一个,每层冷凝水均流入卫生间(冷凝水管末端采用U型管与其他水管相连)。

结论
通过本次淮安某建筑大楼的多联机设计,加深了我对中央空调制冷原理的理解,掌握了多联机构造和多联机空调设计主要流程。首先根据建筑概况和原始资料的使用特性确定采用方案,选取相关参数,精确计算冷负荷,然后根据准确的数据选取合适的设备,准确的数据不紧关系到系统的正确性,还关系到系统的节能经济问题。通过做图纸设计,加深了解了AutoCAD,还有修补了许多细化工作。画好图纸,在设备安装施工中要联合实际不能拘谨于主观思维。
按照原定的设计进度,在老师的指导下,我按时认真完成每一阶段的任务。关于本次设计,响应的国家节能的要求,选择了经济节能的维护结构,确定了比较合理的的空调方案。但由于我们现在的知识也都还处在理论阶段,没有实践的经验,在思维和知识上都还有很大限制,导致设计中很少有创新之处。所以本次设计也只能以比较合理来形容,虽然成果不是很令人满意,但终究是自己动脑动手一步一步做出来的,这点使我在遗憾之余感到些许欣慰。在设计中的每一步,我都做了认真的考虑,在这样点滴考虑与思量过程中,我摸索到空调设计要点,更清晰了解整个设计过程。通过这次的毕业设计,它至少它已经启发了我的思维,提高了我的动手能力,这是我在课本中学不到的。这为我在以后的工作岗位上发挥自己的才能奠定了坚实的基础。
相信我在以后的工作过程中,理论结合实践,经过不懈的努力,在本专业方面会有更大的进步。
