    To determine the design and manufacturing process of the single bevel milling fixture
    Abstract: the development of mechanical manufacturing technology prominent reflects acountry or region's economic strength and comprehensive national strength, is an importantfoundation of national survival, development and prosperity. In this paper two inclined levertoggle the process of analysis and design of special bevel milling fixture.
    This paper mainly introduces the general design idea and method of single bevel millingfixture. The part is a lever with inclined workpiece, shape and position tolerance requirements,so the fixture has a higher accuracy requirements. And in the milling machine, so the fixturedesign to meet the characteristics of the milling fixture.
    First, choose the reasonable processing base, processing methods, selection of the various components of the fixture design, such as the connecting part positioning device, clampingdevice, a guide element, fixture and machine tools and other components. Then using CAD to draw the 2D map, 3D modeling, and using UG software for the various components of the finalassembly area, using UG components together.
