离合器活塞机械加工工艺/工装设计
摘要:本毕业设计内容是离合器活塞的加工工艺规程,某些工序的专用夹具设计。根据图纸的要求,零件的毛坯类型选用熔模铸造。分析零件的加工特征选用合理的刀具和切削用量。因此,本设计遵循先面后孔、先主要表面后次要表面基准现行的原则。根据工厂加工条件选用数控车床完成端面和中心孔的机加工而后用摇臂钻床完成表面孔的加工。

Manufacturing Process/Tooling Device Design
Abstract:The graduation project is the motor cover the content of process planning, process design some special fixtures.According to the requirements of the drawings, rough type of investment casting parts selection. Processing characteristics of the part of the selection tools and cutting reasonable amount. Therefore, the design follows the surface after the first hole, the first principles of the existing major surface after minor surface benchmark. CNC lathe complete selection of face and center hole machining processing conditions according to the plant and then watch face with a radial drilling completed processing.
