    1210极磁通切换电机的电磁设计
    摘要
    磁通切换电机是一种最新型的定子型永磁电机,它相比于其他的永磁型电机,克服了很多它们共有的缺点,结构相对比较简单,并且由于简单的结构使得电机本身比较坚固耐用,适合在较宽的转速范围内运行,它与传统的无刷直流结构的双凸极电机相似,转子上既无绕组也无永磁体,并且每一项电枢绕组匝链具有双极性的磁链,所以,输出转矩以及反电动势的常数会高于单极性磁链的电机。此外只用定子上有永磁体,不会受到离心力影响,散热的条件也相对良好;永磁的磁场以及电枢的磁场相互是并联的关系,因而降低电机的永磁体的退磁风险;在混合励磁拓扑方面以及电励磁方面比较容易实现无刷化。许许多多的优点使得它在电动汽车、风力发电、航空等领域的应用潜力无限。
    本文分别阐述了12/10磁通切换电机的主要结构,主要技术参数和运行特性之间的关系,并且在此基础上设计了一台1. 5 kW、12/10极结构的磁通切换电机,进行电磁计算分析,并基于有限元法,在ANSYS Maxwell平台上建立电磁计算模型,进行分析设计。

    ABSTRACT
    Flux switching motor is a kind of the new stator permanent magnet motor, it was compared to the other of the permanent magnet type motor to overcome the many they have a common disadvantage of structure is relatively simple, and because of the simple structure makes the motor itself is relatively strong and durable, suitable for use in a wide turn speed range operation, it and traditional no brush DC structure of doubly salient pole motor, the rotor neither winding or permanent magnet and each armature winding has bipolar flux linkage, so the output torque and back EMF constant will is higher than that of unipolar flux motor. In addition only stator with permanent magnets, are not affected by the impact of centrifugal force, cooling conditions are relatively good; permanent magnetic field and the armature magnetic field is parallel relationship, and thus reduce the motor permanent magnet demagnetization risk; in hybrid excitation topological and electrical excitation aspect is relatively easy to implement brushless. A lot of advantages make it potential applications in the field of electric vehicles, wind power, aviation and so on.
    This paper expounds the main structure of 12 / 10 flux switching motor, the relationship between main technical parameters and performance and on the basis of design a 1. 5 kW, 12 / 10 pole structure of flux switching motor, electromagnetic calculation and analysis, and based on the finite element method, on the platform of ANSYS Maxwell up electromagnetic calculation model, analysis and design.
